White set of two napkins with hand embroidered strawberry motif and red trims. Made from cotton by artisans in Burano, Italy.
With a population of 2000 people, Burano is a gem of an island with candy-hued houses and quiet canals. The handful of remaining lace artisans like Paola - who learned to sew at 10 years old and is still going strong at 83 - weave their magic by hand, preserving this fragile and beautiful centuries-old craft that is slowly fading away.

Our table linen collection is ethically handmade and hand-embroidered by skilled artisans in Mumbai, India.
Delivery & Returns
We ship all standard domestic orders using Royal Mail and international orders using DHL Express. Returned items must be shipped back to Muzungu Sisters within 14 working days from the date the package was delivered to you. All archive sale items are final sale and non-refundable.
