What is the return policy?
We accept returns of unworn and unaltered items within 14 working days from the date the package was delivered to you. We invite you to return an item in exchange for another size, or we will issue you your choice of a credit note or a full refund. The original shipping charges will not be refunded.
Shipping costs incurred when returning items are your responsibility. When returning from outside of the U.K. please clearly mark the package as a return to avoid customs delays and charges.
Are any purchases final sale?
Sale items are final sale and non-refundable.
When will I receive my order?
Our team work very hard to ensure your order is shipped out as soon as possible. You will receive the tracking number for your order once it has been dispatched.
We ship via Royal Mail for domestic and DHL for international orders. We may, at our discretion, ship your order via other courier services.
Most shipments will arrive within 2 business days.
Muzungu Sisters is not responsible for packages delayed due to weather or events beyond our control.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping rates are shown at checkout and can vary from country to country.
Do I have to pay duties and taxes on shipments?
