2. Eligibility

To place an order through our website, you must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts.

We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, images, measurements and pricing are accurate.

As many of our products are handmade by artisan communities around the world, slight variations in colour, embroidery, weaving, print placement, sizing and finish may occur. These variations are part of the character and uniqueness of handcrafted products and should not be considered defects.

4. Orders

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase products from us.

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This acknowledgement does not constitute acceptance of your order.

A contract between you and Muzungu Sisters is formed only when we dispatch your order and send a shipping confirmation.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including:

Pricing errors
Suspected fraud
Payment authorisation issues
Breach of these Terms

If an order is cancelled after payment has been taken, a full refund will be issued.

Risk in products passes to you upon delivery.

Ownership of products transfers once full payment has been received.

Returned items must:

Be unworn and unused
Have all original tags attached
Be returned in original packaging where possible
Be free from damage, marks, perfume or odours
