Silk embroidered dress featuring traditional Lucknow hand-embroidery. Made in OEKO-Tex Certified silk crepe de chine in the Moonlight Pigs print.
Known as 'Chikkan' or 'shadow work', the embroidery is done on the reverse side of the fabric to create 'shadows', and can take up to four weeks to complete. Muzungu Sisters continues to value and champion artisans whose hand-embroidery is truly an art form and makes each of our Embroidered Silk Dresses a unique piece to treasure for years to come.
