Cotton embroidered dress featuring traditional Lucknow hand-embroidery. Made in organic cotton in the Berry Snail Acid print.
Known as 'Chikkan' or 'shadow work', the embroidery is done on the reverse side of the fabric to create 'shadows', and can take up to four weeks to complete. Muzungu Sisters continues to value and champion artisans whose hand-embroidery is truly an art form and makes each of our Embroidered Cotton Dresses a unique piece to treasure for years to come.
