Gleaning inspiration from the many temple offerings that lined the streets of Bali on our visits during the festival of Galungan, where alongside the road sprout tall bamboo poles called ‘penjor’– that are decorated with fruit, coconut leaves, and flowers, and set up on the right side at the entrance of every home.
