Designed by Dana Alikhani and Tatiana Santo Domingo in London and produced in Grappa, Italy. This ultra cozy, warm Mongolian shearling coat is lined with a beautiful Bakhtiari inspired carpet print.
The Mongolian sheep fur comes from Mongolian sheep farmed in a herd in inner Mongolia. The sheep roam free every day, grazing upon miles of mountainous grassy hills. Eventually, the animals are used for the local meat industry and their wool is used to make warm winter coats such as those that the Mongolians have been wearing for thousands of years.
Muzungu Sisters uses only natural, sustainable and biodegradable materials that leave a minimal trace on our environment. Just as our pieces are designed to be kept for years to come, we believe in a conscious and conservative approach to consumption.
